Your Mission:

As our Performance Marketing Expert, you will:

· Develop Winning Google Ads Strategies: Tailor campaigns for eCommerce, LeadGen, and Brand Awareness clients while defining and monitoring KPIs.
· Master Campaign Execution: Implement and optimize always-on and one-off campaigns via Google Ads.
· Set the Foundation for Success: Help clients build robust tracking infrastructures using Google Tag Manager.
· Analyze & Improve: Monitor campaign performance via Google Analytics, create actionable insights, and propose ideas to boost results.
· Report & Optimize: Prepare campaign reports with clear recommendations for improvement.

What You Bring to the Table:

Must-Haves:

· At least 2 years of Google Ads experience.
· Google Ads Certification.
· Familiarity with Google Ads Editor.
· Experience with Google Analytics.
· Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bulgarian.
· A collaborative, team-player attitude.

Bonus Skills:

· Experience with Google Tag Manager.
· Familiarity with Looker Studio.
· Knowledge of programmatic platforms like DV360, AdForm, or Teads.
