Social Media Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities mainly attached to the position:

• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and target audience.
• Create engaging and shareable content, including copy, that resonates with Bulgarian audiences.
• Monitor and report on social media performance metrics for clients, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, and use insights to optimize campaigns and inform client reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries and feedback.
• Keep track of social media advertising budgets, ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective and within budget.

Main qualifications important for us are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bulgarian and English.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to present ideas and reports to clients and team members.
• Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and the ability to use data to inform campaign strategy and optimization.
• Experience with content creation, including copywriting.
• Passion for social media marketing and staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the industry.
• Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team player attitude.
